Paris Saint-Germain have been busy as of late with the news that they were interested in Neymar. Now they have their eyes set on another world class attacking talent in Alexis Sanchez.

Less than 24 hours after Paris Saint-Germain expressed interest in world class attacking talent Neymar, they have expressed interest in another world class attacking player. PSG are reportedly interested in securing the services of Arsenal superstar Alexis Sanchez.

And with Sanchez recently stating that he wants to play in the Champions League next season, Arsenal might not be able to keep Sanchez. A big money move that would keep the player happy, and keep the club away from any discord would likely be a prudent decision by Arsene Wenger and Arsenal.

Sanchez, 28, was the bright light on a rather disappointing season for Arsenal last year. To put into perspective, Sanchez contributed 24 goals to Arsenal last season. His 24 goals where roughly 33 percent of Arsenal’s 73 total goals on the season. The only players that contributed a higher percentage to their respective clubs were Harry Kane (34 percent), Romelu Lukaku (42 percent) and Jermain Defoe (50 percent).

Along with the 24 goals he scored, he also added 10 assists to his tally. Truly an amazing season, especially given how poor Arsenal performed through extended periods of the season. And despite his stellar performance, Arsenal still finished just outside of the top four, finishing fifth in the Premier League.

Sanchez will surely be attracted to the prospect of playing for PSG in Ligue 1 and the Champions League. Former Premier League player Angel Di Maria found relative success with PSG after a rough season with Manchester United, scoring six goals and adding seven assists in 29 Ligue 1 matches.

And when you take into account that Neymar might be pulling on a PSG kit next season, Sanchez would be hard-pressed to find a better option to challenge for titles both domestically and in the Champions League.
