Dwyane Wade knows a bit about being really good at basketball. He knows Steph Curry is also really good at basketball. Moreover, he knows how to stop him.

This sounds like nonsense, but who am I to judge? Dwyane Wade thinks he knows how to stop Steph Curry.

Maybe he knows. After all, there was a point where Dwyane Wade was a pretty great basketball player. He was the best player on an NBA champion. He was a smaller guy working the ball in for his team. Sure his shot was never Steph’s, but he has to know a bit about how one would stop a transcendent guard because he’s been stopped himself.

One could relate that to age, but did Wade say that age would be the thing to take him down? Nah. He went a different route.

Famine. Dwyane Wade prescribes famine as the means to stopping Steph Curry.

It’s a little severe, but I can’t say he is wrong. Famine stops a lot of things. It stops eating. It stops society as a whole. It would certainly stop basketball from being the first thing on Curry’s mind. It’d be food and not dying.

This would be double trouble for Steph because his last name is Curry. Curry is a type of food, broadly, and it’s extremely delicious. Were Steph to be without curry, it’d probably tear through him differently than normal starvation. What would Jon Hamm be without ham? Kevin Bacon without bacon? Johnny Rolo McFlurry without rolo mcflurries? Nothing.

So Steph’s power comes from the tasty treats Ayesha cooks up for him. This is the professional assumption of professional basketball player Dwyane Wade. He would know better than I because I know nothing. I’m not sure what other NBA players can do about this short of felony, so it looks like Steph is going to continue being good for a long while.

If you think about it, this wasn’t really helpful at all.
