The Atlanta Falcons will host the Jacksonville Jaguars in their fourth preseason game on Thursday night. Here is how to watch this preseason game online.
The final slate of 2017 NFL preseason games will be on Thursday night. One of the games teeing off in the evening will be between Southeastern teams in the Atlanta Falcons and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Kickoff from brand-new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta will be at 7:00 p.m. ET. CW69 will have the Falcons’ local broadcast on August 31. FOX-WFOX will carry the local telecast for the Jaguars in North Florida. NFL Game Pass and FuboTV will have the available live streams for this final preseason game.
Atlanta and Jacksonville usually meet every preseason due to being in opposite conferences and geographical proximity. Normally, they meet in the final preseason game just to keep it simple. However, these two teams could not be in more different places in their conferences entering the season.
The Falcons are coming off a trip to the Super Bowl with one of the most high-powered offenses in NFL history. A devastating collapse to the New England Patriots in Houston was embarrassing, but Atlanta should still be very much in the picture to come out of the NFC this year.
As for Jacksonville, this team is trying to do everything in its power to not be picking in the top-five again in the 2018 NFL Draft. Jacksonville has had an awful decade of football thanks largely to terrible first-round draft selections and horrendous quarterback play. Will it get better in Jacksonville?
