Carmelo Anthony’s trade, Gregg Popovich’s rant and NBA prop bets

This NBA offseason that seemingly never stops giving has once again delivered a fresh crop of stunning news stories, and Fastbreak Breakfast is here to handpick the best of them. Harvest SZN, y’all.
At the top of the docket is Sam Presti once again performing GM wizardry by acquiring Carmelo Anthony to form a Big 3 for the Thunder. How does Oklahoma City stack up in the Western Conference now? Can Anthony and Paul George coexist and take a backseat to Russell Westbrook? And how is Presti doing such an on the fly rebuild without even trading away first round picks?
After that, we take a moment to address Gregg Popovich’s strongly worded rant about the current clash of sports and politics. Is it possible to remain apolitical with so much stupidity swirling about?
