In an NFC battle inside Soldier Field, the Carolina Panthers will head to the Windy City to take on the Chicago Bears on Sunday.

When the Chicago Bears traded up one spot to select Mitchell Trubisky in the 2017 NFL Draft, they were probably dreaming of efforts like one he put together last weekend. Trubisky led his Bears teammates to a come-from-behind victory in only his second NFL start, showing the kind of poise the team saw in him prior to the draft. He will have a huge test on his hands this weekend, when the Carolina Panthers come to town on Sunday.

The Panthers are off to a 4-2 start this season, and look nothing like the disappointing unit they were last season. Cam Newton appears fully healed from his injuries, and Christian McCaffrey has proved to be a solid first round pick himself. With a win on Sunday, Carolina would have only one less than they had the entire 2016 season, when they went 6-10 the year after going to the Super Bowl.

Kickoff begins at 1:00 ET and this one should be a pretty good NFC matchup. Trubisky has looked very good since taking over for Mike Glennon as the Bears starting quarterback, and led his team to a comeback victory in his second start last weekend. Cam Newton is playing at an MVP level, so the Bears better have an answer for him on Sunday.

The Bears have been very tough at home this season, so this one should be very interesting. Trubisky looks to be the real deal, and a win would inch the team to one game under .500. The Panthers are the better team, but the Bears are fired up, and just may be able to come away with the home upset in this one in Week 7.
