Bournemouth are having a rough couple of months to begin the Premier League season. They sit in 19th place in the table, four points ahead of dismal Crystal Palace. Bournemouth are only one point behind 16th place, however. The Cherries picked up their second win of the season against Stoke away from home last week, an impressive win under the circumstances. Andrew Surman is the only player with more than a single goal, while four others have tallied one each. Eddie Howe’s squad will face one of their biggest tests of the young season against Chelsea though, who looked like they might be rounding into form.

Chelsea certainly aren’t immune to the occasional letdown against smaller opposition this year though. Their first contest of the year was a disappointing 3-2 loss to Burnley at home and also gave up the only goals and points that Crystal Palace have accumulated during the season two weeks ago. Chelsea got back on track against Watford the week after, coming back from an early second half deficit. Ahead of a huge match against Manchester United next week, Antonio Conte will want three points to continue their winning ways.
