2018 Indianapolis 500 live stream: Watch IndyCar online
The 2018 Indianapolis 500 is the 102nd Indianapolis 500 and IndyCar’s biggest race. Here’s how to watch the Indianapolis 500 live, on TV and online.
It doesn’t get bigger for the Verizon IndyCar Series than the Indy 500, so we’re telling you how to watch the Indianapolis 500 online and watch the Indianapolis 500 live this Sunday in order to see the Greatest Spectacle In Racing.
The 2018 Indianapolis 500 is poised to be unpredictable from the front row to the last row. At the front is three-time pole winner Ed Carpenter, while in the back is 2016 Indy 500 winner Alexander Rossi. In between are IndyCar championship leader Josef Newgarden, three-time Indy 500 champ Helio Castroneves, and Danica Patrick in the last race of her professional motorsports career.
There’s also a huge omission from the field, as James Hinchcliffe was bumped out during last week’s Bump Day, and so the race will be missing one of the season’s top five contenders. How big of an effect will that have on Sunday? A dangerous car won’t be on track, and how badly Hinch’s season is damaged will depend on the results of people who are, like Newgarden and Rossi.
They don’t make American motor races more exciting than this, and not only is it a huge race on its own but it also carries double points for the 2018 IndyCar season, and is the last race ABC will be broadcasting for the league. There’s every reason to watch the Indianapolis 500 online or live on Sunday, because the whole season will change with this year’s Indy 500.
