4. Greg Olsen, Carolina Panthers

Greg Olsen is a very important piece of the Panthers offense. In his absence, the team struggled mightily in offensive production. Now, in a revitalized offense, Olsen will likely have a big year. At age 33 he may be a bit past his prime. However, he will likely see plenty of targets serving as Cam Newton’s favorite target.

Cam Newton is primed for a big season in 2018, which makes Olsen even more valuable in fantasy football. In a new healthy and revitalized offense, Newton will have a season closer to his 2015 MVP campaign. During the 2015 season Olsen shined; Racking up 1,104 receiving yards on 77 receptions along with seven touchdowns. Outside of Newton, Olsen is the best candidate for a bounce back season for the Panthers.

Olsen has very good speed for a player of his size and strength which makes him extremely difficult to cover with any defender. Against Olsen,Linebackers cannot keep up and defensive backs are generally pushed around. Olsen will provide a lot of fantasy points in 2018 with his ability to create separation from defenders.

3. Zach Ertz, Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles won Super Bowl LII relying on the team’s chemistry and depth. Among the many great players on the roster, Ertz was their best offensive weapon. Leading the team in both receptions and receiving yards, Ertz quickly became the heart and soul of the offense. With great strength and route running ability, he is difficult to stop in the open field. If Carson Wentz can play at the same level in 2018 as he did last season, Ertz will have another dominant year. Wentz relies on Ertz to make tough catches as well as create big plays.

If the Eagles hope to make a run for back-to-back Super Bowls Ertz will be a major part of that success. The Eagles offense may not duplicate the same success as last season, but the connection between Wentz and Ertz will be a consistent one.
