In just a week’s time, Pete Dunne and WALTER will again clash over the WWE United Kingdom Championship, a rematch of their battle from NXT TakeOver: New York. Really, this episode could have been a hour-long hype machine complete with video packages, interviews, contract signings, “can they coexist” tag matches or tense in-ring stare-downs.

But like we said at the top, this match pretty much speaks for itself. It’s one of the biggest in NXT UK history, certainly the biggest to be shown on a regular episode of NXT UK television and a match that has both Pete Dunne and WALTER in it. What else is there to know?

We do get one pre-taped package from WALTER, where he basically says that he granted Dunne his rematch because Dunne asked, which is actually kind of wholesome. Ohh, they’re going to kill each other all over again, aren’t they?

Toni Storm gets interviewed about her thoughts on Nina Samuels saying she hates her own family. Surprise, she’s unhappy about it! Storm now wants a match with Samuels even more than Samuels does. Hell, she even wants to put the title on the line. That’s good enough for Johnny Saint, who tweets his seal of approval.

So, in two weeks it will be Storm versus Samuels for the NXT UK Women’s Championship. Samuels may have gotten the attention she wanted, but it seems she’s going to regret trying to mess with Storm’s head. After all, she headbutts with that head! Might be more of a 15 Minutes of Shame in Nina Samuels’ future.

The last thing is that Moustache Mountain pop up for a quick bit to stroke each other’s facial hair and speak their minds. They give props to next week’s Dunne and WALTER rematch, calling it the biggest rematch — now there’s a fresh spin — in NXT UK history. The biggest rematch, at least until their rematch with Grizzled Young Veterans for the NXT UK Tag Team Championships. Trent Seven says it’s time for GYV to do the right thing, and put the titles on the line against him and Tyler Bate. Certainly, Moustache Mountain deserve another shot at the titles, but LOL if you’re relying on Zack Gibson and James Drake to do “the right thing!” Best of luck with that.

And that just about covers things. Happy with the first three entrants into the four-way? Excited about the debuts of Jazzy Gabert and Ilja Dragunov? Think Jordan Devlin should do some more research about card games before his next promo? Hit those comments down below to let us know your thoughts on anything from this week’s NXT UK.
