2019 Indianapolis 500 qualifying live stream: Watch IndyCar online
2019 Indy 500 qualifying has IndyCar stars fighting to get into the race. Here’s how to watch Indianapolis 500 qualifying live, on TV and online.
Indy 500 qualifying has arrived, so find out how to watch Indianapolis 500 qualifying online or live this weekend, to see who makes it into IndyCar‘s most important race of 2019.
The Greatest Spectacle in Racing also comes with a big qualifying session, spread over two days and multiple rounds. On Saturday, the full field will set their fast laps and determine the extremes of the grid: who’s fastest and who’s not fast enough. Then on Sunday, the former will fight not to be bumped out of the race while the latter slug it out to set the front three rows.
It’s the most nail-biting IndyCar qualifying fans will see all year, but in 2019 it’s also a little more complicated because NBC Sports has taken over broadcasting, resulting in a change of networks and in what’s being broadcast.
That means IndyCar fans will only see the Saturday afternoon session, which airs on NBCSN. The big shootouts on Sunday, though, move to parent network NBC. So IndyCar enthusiasts will have to do some scheduling and some channel-hopping to keep up with Indy 500 qualifying. But it will definitely be worth it — because making the Indy 500 or not making it is a story you can’t miss.
