DraftKings PGA: 2019 Wyndham Championship Picks

Patrick Reed 9,700

Reed is underpriced this week in DraftKings, as he has been for the past couple of months. He was playing poorly for a stretch and his price-point has yet to catch up to his production. Reed has played rather well since his T32 at the US Open. He has FIVE straight top-30 finishes, gaining strokes in every aspect of his game. His approach game and off the tee game is rounding into form, and Reed has performed admirably at this course. Love the form and price for Patty. Reed was T22 and T24 in his previous two starts at Sedgefield.

Chez Reavie 9,300

Chez was on fire for a stretch and has had a winners hangover since the Travelers. Maybe I am reaching on a guy who is out of his typical price-point due to his recent win. However, Chez should set up perfect for this course. He does in my model, despite not having good finishes at Sedgefield. In his past three starts at the Wyndham Championship, Chez has 2 missed cuts and a T37. I cannot overlook the stats though. Chez ranks 4th in my model, ranking in the top-10 in Par 4 scoring 400-450 yards, DK scoring, BOB, Fairway gained, and Good drives gained.

Alex Noren 8,800

Noren is still the 44th ranked golfer in the world. Do not forget that. He also needs to play well to score some extra money for the FedEx Cup. His game has been trash most of this year, but the past few have been more like what we saw of Noren in 2018. His putter is magic, he just needs to figure out his irons and he will be in business. Noren finished T11 at The Open and posted a T12 last week at the WGC St Jude. His game is coming into shape at the right time.
