Fantasy Football: NFL DFS pivots weekend update
Hello again, beloved readers, and thanks for taking a few minutes out of your busy day to read my thoughts about this week’s NFL DFS slate. Writing about fantasy football is something I really enjoy doing and the fact you clicked on this article to hear what I have to say means a lot to me, and to all our FanSided Fantasy team.
This week I decided to put my GPP article out on Thursday in order to give readers more time to research and prepare for Sunday’s slate. This article is intended to serve as an update to my previous articles where I can share with you how my strategy has changed since earlier in the week due to players’ injury statuses, Vegas line movements, and changes in ownership projections.
You can read my entire GPP Pivots article here, where I laid out my top pivots at each position and explained some of my game theory for Sunday’s slate. My good friend Brandon Lauderback also wrote up his favorite GPP plays here. My article is geared towards Draftkings, while Brandon’s is geared towards FanDuel, but there’s always going to be some overlap and I think we see some similar roster construction on both sites this week.
I firmly believe we have the best free DFS content on the internet! You can see all of Dan Everhart’s cash plays here, and my man Joe Metz’s game by game breakdown here. And don’t forget to check out Chris Aliperto’s Early Only FanDuel article here. At FanSided Fantasy, we have just about every nuance of each NFL slate covered with content and our staff is dedicated to bringing you the best stats, information, and fantasy football advice every week.
Let’s start by looking at how several injury situations have changed since earlier in the week and see what impact they might have on Sunday’s main slate.
