Watch Lebron James put us all to shame with his Saturday home workout during coronavirus pandemic.

NBA GOAT Lebron James just proved why he’s the king. While most of the world is in quarantine due to the coronavirus, James is at home staying fit and singlehandedly putting all us sitting on the couch to shame.

The videos, which were posted to his Instagram story feature many different workouts over the course of nearly 20 clips. Here are just a few of the first ones he shared.

He’s seen working with weights on his arms and hydrating throughout.

James is one of the most recognized NBA players on the courts right now and has been frequently compared to Michael Jordan. He currently plays for the Los Angeles Lakers. The entire NBA season is in limbo due to the coronavirus and James’ Los Angeles-area home is in a “stay home” state which is currently under lockdown.

The coronavirus first emerged in Dec. 2019 in the city of Wuhan, China. To date, more than 100,000 cases have been confirmed worldwide and the virus has been identified in more than 120 countries, including the United States.
