The shot chart below claims that Brewer made 19 shots in the game, but there are only 18 green O’s. That’s because at the end of the second quarter, Brewer shot over the outstretched arms of James Harden (who has had 23 games of 50+ points in his career) and banked it in from beyond the half-court line. His shot was, literally, off-the-charts.

Also, despite the fact that most of his shots were easy buckets in transition, Brewer was ‘randomly‘ drug tested after the game, which his Timberwolves won, 112-110.
