FIGHTNIGHT LIVE will only be $5

Live boxing is coming back to fight fans. FIGHTNIGHT LIVE, on Facebook, is providing a $5 pay-per-view event on Saturday, June 6, at 9 p.m. ET. Boxing has been on hiatus since the start of the pandemic, but it’s coming back in June. Facebook’s boxing platform, FIGHTNIGHT LIVE, brings pay-per-view boxing to the fans first.

On Saturday, June 6, at 9 p.m. ET, FIGHTNIGHT LIVE Powered by Everlast presents a fight card live from Mexico for all to see. They’ve teamed up with King Carlos Promotions, whose boss, former super welterweight champion Carlos Molina, is also headling the show.

Who is fighting on FIGHTNIGHT LIVE?

This pay-per-view costs $5 and will feature Molina (31-11-2, 10 KOs) against Michi Munoz (27-10-1, 18 KOs). This five-bout card will be broadcast in Spanish and will not have an audience in attendance.

You can watch the live event from anywhere around the world on the Facebook pages of FIGHTNIGHT LIVE of King Carlos Promotions.

Linacre Media has been instrumental in FIGHTNIGHT LIVE throughout the years and now helps bring boxing back after a long layoff.

“Amidst this global pandemic, we’re delighted to help boxers get back into the ring to entertain fight fans everywhere for only $5,” said Mark Fratto, Principal and Director of Business Development, Linacre Media, via a press release. “We do hope that FIGHTNIGHT LIVE PPV can be a path forward for regional promoters, and we have contracts coming in for our traditional shows in the coming weeks.”

The 37-year-old Molina won the IBF super welterweight title in 2013 by outpointing Ishe Smith by split-decision. He lost it in his next bout against Cornelius Bundrage.

Molina is an experienced boxing veteran with 17 years of professional boxing experience and has a total of 350 rounds in the bank. He has never been knocked out and has fought legends, including Erislandy Lara and Kermit Cintron. Molina is as tough as they come.

In the co-feature, super welterweights Alejandro Davila (19-1-2, 7 KOs) and Nestor Fernando Garcia (23-20-1, 17 KOs) meet. The undercard includes undefeated lightweight Denilson Jair Valtierra (10-0, 5 KOs).

FIGHTNIGHT LIVE plans on unveiling more summer pay-per-view events soon, and is giving fight fans some much-needed boxing entertainment.
