Video proves Jamal Adams is happier with the Seattle Seahawks

Jamal Adams is partying after being traded to the Seattle Seahawks.
A picture may be worth 1,000 words, but a video of Jamal Adams celebrating is worth 1,000,000.
After three years of thriving in utter dysfunction, the two-time Pro Bowl safety will have himself a new NFL home in year four out of LSU. Adams was a First-Team All-Pro in the New York Jets secondary. Despite being a top-10 player in the league regardless of position, he often found himself perpetually quagmired in an organization that refuses to get out of its own way.
Adams was traded to the Super Bowl-contending Seattle Seahawks ahead of the 2020 NFL season. He goes from an organization that hasn’t made the playoffs in a decade to a franchise that has missed the postseason once since Russell Wilson was drafted in the third round out of Wisconsin by way of North Carolina State in 2012. Talk about quite the glow up for Adams.
As you can expect he is ecstatic about going to the Pacific Northwest to play on a team that will contend for a Super Bowl. New father Wilson congratulated him. Adams thanked the Jets fans for his three-year run playing for Gang Green. After that, it was party time. Adams is having the time of his life on Instagram Live celebrating being traded to the Seahawks.

Jamal Adams should celebrate like there’s no tomorrow after getting traded.
Adams will get to play on the same defense as a future Pro Football Hall of Fame in linebacker Bobby Wagner. The Seahawks are coached by a future Pro Football Hall of Famer in Pete Carroll, who specializes in coaching up the defensive backs. He’ll love playing in this defense, but he’ll love even more watching Wilson show him what elite level quarterbacking looks like for the first time.

Sure, Sam Darnold could be good one day for the Jets, but Wilson is arguably the best quarterback in the NFL today not named Patrick Mahomes. He is the best player in the NFL to never be named First-Team All-Pro. With things starting to really line up for Wilson, both in his personal life and in his professional life, maybe he takes home NFL MVP and brings it to the Pacific Northwest.
Adams is hitting that cigar hard and playing some serious dominoes, but he’s certainly earned it.
