American soccer star Christian Pulisic has been subbed off in the FA Cup Final after suffering a hamstring injury
This is the last thing both Chelsea and American soccer fans wanted to see in the middle of the FA Cup Final. Moments ago, American soccer sensation and Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic went down with what appears to be a hamstring injury and it doesn’t look good whatsoever. On the play, Pulisic raced down the pitch and injured himself right before he was getting ready to blast a shot.

Christian Pulisic gave Chelsea an early lead in the FA Cup Final over Arsenal with an impressive goal
Pulisic has been on an absolute tear for the Blues since play resumed, scoring five goals in all competitions. Early on in Saturday’s FA Cup Final, Pulisic gave Chelsea an early 1-0 lead thanks to a sensational finish inside the box.
Arsenal was able to tie things up at 1-1 before halftime thanks to a goal from the penalty spot from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. However, Pulisic looked poised to give his team the lead once again on his brilliant run. Unfortunately, he injured his hamstring, but still managed to try and get a shot off despite being in incredible pain.
Pulisic was subbed off shortly after he hit the turf. He was able to walk off with the help of medical staff, but you could tell just how much physical/emotional pain he was in having to leave his teammates for the rest of the final.

In his first year with Chelsea, Pulisic has battled multiple injuries. The hope right now is that his current one isn’t anything serious and that he’ll be able to suit up once the new EPL season gets underway in September. Should he miss an extended period of time, it’d be a major blow for Chelsea.
