American soccer star Christian Pulisic scores for Chelsea in FA Cup final (Video)

Chelsea has taken an early lead in the FA Cup thanks to a great goal by Christian Pulisic

In an all-London FA Cup Final, of course it’s United States sensation Christian Pulisic who has found the net early on. Moments ago, the Chelsea winger gave the Blues a 1-0 lead over Arsenal with a superb finish inside of the box. Though the Gunners had multiple defenders in the area, Pulisic was able to fend them off and perfectly place a shot past Emiliano Martínez.

All of the Pulisic haters who claimed he wasn’t good enough to play in the English Premier League surely are quiet now. The Hershey, Pa. native suffered an injury early on in the season, but was able to get back to fitness once play resumed.

And since the return of action, Pulisic has been sensational, scoring five goals in all competitions. This included an amazing strike against Liverpool in the final week of league play. He also added a great assist in that matchup.

Thanks to Pulisic, Chelsea has an early lead over Arsenal with the FA Cup silverware on the line. We’ll see if it’s enough to help the Blues take home the title.
