The Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers, both No. 1 seeds in their respective conferences, lost to their eighth-seeded competition on the same day. The Bucks received the wrath of an #NBATwitter whose pent up frustration brought with it some fantastic content.
When LeBron James and the Lakers went down thanks to an impressive fourth quarter performance from Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum and the like, social media had already broken the seal. The result was insufferable, with LeBron haters out in full force despite his playoff triple-double. None of it matters but the end result.

Yes, if anyone was right about this series so far, it’s Charles Barkley, who predicted the Blazers would pull off a first-round upset and then some.
JR Smith was a solid DNP on Tuesday night, meaning he had plenty of time to stare off, glazed eyes and all, at the Lakers’ impending demise.
Who knew Bubble Melo would be so much fun to watch? Anthony had 11 points on the night, including a clutch three-pointer with just minutes remaining.
The Lakers supporting cast broke the rules, leaving the bubble for brick city.
It turns out these two teams have more in common than previously thought. For their sake, let’s hope “championship contender” is still one of them.
Put some respect on the Blazers’ name! Lakers fans are always too confident, but what about watch Lillard made them think this would be a cake walk?
