Fantasy Football 2020 Week 8 Rankings: Who to start and sit
Fantasy football Week 8 looks to be a tough one, making start and sit options very important.
Week 8 rankings are going to be missing some of the best players in all of fantasy football this season as bye weeks continue to be in full effect. Not great, especially for those looking and are desperate for wins. The waiver wire and benches of teams will be incredibly crucial, as playing the right matchups can give you at least some hope to walk away with the victory this week.
Fresh off of dazzling games including Kyler Murray and James Robinson, owners will be without them in Week 8 making these start and sit choices important. But the question will be who is worth trusting and who should ride the bench even when their name could result in usual fantasy football stardom.
Add in the continuous injuries to Michael Thomas and Chris Carson mixed with the reported major injury of Odell Beckham Jr. and many fantasy owners could be without their top picks without the bye really affecting them. The Cleveland Browns looked like a different team when Beckham Jr. was off the field, which will see some effect in these specific start and sit selections.
Fantasy football can be a cruel, painful game. But when you play the unexpected studs of the week, it can turn your attitude around and maybe even your season as well.
So, let’s jump into this week’s start and sit options for Week 8, as a number of huge matchups will result in plenty of fantasy points. Spoiler alert: a matchup for the Kansas City Chiefs vs. the New York Jets will have a lot of Chiefs in your starting lineup, including a new acquisition of theirs.
Bye Week Teams: Washington Football Team, Arizona Cardinals, Jacksonville Jaguars, Houston Texans
Note: Superstars like Alvin Kamara and Patrick Mahomes will not be included on this list.
