The Louisville-Kentucky rivalry just got even spicier with Chris Mack being featured in a video talking trash to John Calipari and the Wildcats.

With March right around the corner, college basketball fans are fired up for the big dance to arrive. Well, during this time of the year, some of the best college basketball rivalries are being showcased and supporters are surely taking things to a new level. So are the head coaches, apparently?

Over the weekend, a video surfaced of former Louisville hooper Eric Wood going absolutely ballistic when talking about Kentucky and head coach John Calipari. To add more fuel to the fire, Cardinals’ head coach Chris Mack was also in the video laughing his head off. Goodness.

John Calipari is likely going to be furious when he sees the video of Chris Mack

Wood goes IN on Kentucky, starting off his rant by letting the veteran head coach know just how much the team misses Kenny Payne, who left Lexington to take a position with the New York Knicks. Mack is standing behind Wood from start to finish, looking just as hyped up.

It sure has been a season to forget for Kentucky, as the team sits in eighth place of the SEC standings and is 8-13 on the year. Things are going much better for Louisville, as they’re 11-5 on the campaign. They did just suffer an embarrassing 99-54 loss to North Carolina on Saturday, which likely will make Calipari smile after this video went viral.

Louisville and Kentucky last met on Dec. 26, with the Cardinals sneaking away with a close 62-59 victory. Next time they dance, you know Calipari and his boys are going to be fired up to shut Wood and Mack up. This rivalry just got way more interesting, folks.
