What time does the NFL Draft start on Thursday?

The 2021 NFL Draft begins on Thursday night at 8:00 p.m. ET with coverage on ESPN, NFL Network and ABC.

The NFL Draft is here!

After all the hype, hundreds of mock drafts and countless draft debates on Twitter and podcasts, it’s time for the picks to be made.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are on the clock as owners of the No. 1 overall pick and they will take Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence who is considered the best prospect since Andrew Luck. He’ll help Urban Meyer’s transition to the NFL.

BYU quarterback Zach Wilson is expected to follow as the No. 2 pick of the New York Jets.

NFL Draft start time is set for 8 p.m. ET

Then, the real drama gets underway with the San Francisco 49ers holding the No. 3 pick after trading up with the Miami Dolphins to get in position to take a quarterback, Reports indicate they’re deciding between Alabama’s Mac Jones and North Dakota State’s Trey Lance. It’s believed that Jones is the favorite and he’s the betting favorite, for what it’s worth.

You can watch the NFL Draft on ESPN, NFL Network and ABC, which will simulcast ESPN’s coverage for those who don’t have cable.

The draft begins at 8:00 p.m. ET.

The pre-draft coverage has been ongoing since the Super Bowl ended, practically, so if you’re anxiously awaiting who your favorite NFL team will pick, you can tune in now and make an entire day of it.

Friday’s NFL Draft coverage begins at 7:00 p.m. ET for the second and third rounds.

Saturday’s NFL Draft coverage begins at 12:00 p.m. ET for the fourth-seventh rounds.
