Boxing fans are convinced the Floyd Mayweather-Jake Paul drama was staged
Many people are laughing and shaking their head at the Floyd Mayweather and Jake Paul confrontation at the Mayweather vs. Logan Paul press conference.
It was William Shakespeare who wrote, “All the world’s a stage.” Over 400 years later, it was Britney Spears who sang a song titled “Circus.” Add those two up, and the equation might just equal the bonanza that is the Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul boxing match that comes up in one month’s time.
The two are set to do battle in an exhibition bout on June 6 in Miami, and there will no doubt be plenty of verbal attacks, shenanigans, annoyances and nuances in the lead-up to this fight that will have some people hyped and others rolling their eyes.
Of course, Logan Paul’s brother, Jake Paul, who has a boxing career (if you’d like to call it that) himself, had to get in on this action.
Mayweather and Logan Paul held a press conference on May 6 to hype their bout, and it was there where Jake Paul got into Mayweather’s face, and as the two were exchanging words, grabbed Mayweather’s hat and attempt to run off.

Individuals tried to get in the middle of Mayweather and Jake Paul, and it appeared that Mayweather may have taken a few shots at the younger Paul brother.
The clip then shifts to afterward, where Jake Paul is sweaty and quite disheveled, claiming everything went according to plan.
Paul posted the video to social media set to the tune of “Up in Here” by the late, great DMX.
As the clip began to make the rounds, a lot of people felt that the incident was planned ahead of time and absolutely laughable (and not in a good way).
