Seattle Kraken jerseys already a huge hit with NHL fans
By Scott Rogust
NHL fans fell in love with the Seattle Kraken’s home and away jerseys during the Expansion Draft on Wednesday.
July 21, 2021 is an important day for the NHL, as the Seattle Kraken officially revealed their starting roster ahead of the upcoming season. Of course, the roster is far from finalized, as the trade/waiver freeze will be lifted at 1:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 22.
During said event, some of the players that were selected by the Kraken walked onto the stage unveiling the official home and away sweaters of the franchise. Former Florida Panthers goaltender Chris Driedger was the first to unveil the home jerseys, while ex-New York Islanders forward Jordan Eberle walked onto the stage donning the official away sweater.
