FS1 graphics team majorly flubbed during Kiké Hernandez’s home run.

You can’t be making mistakes like these during a major sporting event like the MLB post-season. But these kinds of mistakes do happen, and all we can do is laugh and pray that someone doesn’t lose their job in the morning.

During the Tampa Bay Rays vs. Boston Red Sox game on Friday night, FS1 aired a graphic to celebrate Kiké Hernandez’s tie-breaking home run.

Unfortunately, they forgot to add his name, and the placeholder “first name last name” aired instead.

So embarrassing.

FS1 graphics were too excited by homer to do their job

Check out the beautiful homer right here.

The game is an absolute nail-biter and this three-run homer pushed the Red Sox into the lead with the game sitting at 8-5 at press time.

This is the second mistake on the MLB broadcast in two days. On Thursday the broadcast cut to commercial at a pivotal play, leaving fans angry and disappointed.

Let’s hope they work out these kinks quickly.
