Watch Ridge Holland suffer broken nose on bad bump at WWE Day 1

WWE Day 1 is off to a rough start, as Ridge Holland suffered a broken nose during the Kickoff Show.

WWE Day 1 already got off to a frantic start, as WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns was pulled off the pay-per-view event after testing positive for COVID-19. His scheduled opponent, Brock Lesnar, was then placed into the WWE Championship Match featuring champ Big E, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens and Bobby Lashley. Now, there is already an injury before the main show even started.

Ridge Holland teamed up with Sheamus to take on Cesaro and Ricochet during the Kickoff Show. Early on, Ricochet hit a 450 splash on Holland, but his foot connected with his nose. Holland was busted open and sent to the back, where commentary announced he had suffered a broken nose.

With Holland ruled out for the remainder of the match, Sheamus had to go at it alone. Sheamus ended up with the victory after hitting Cesaro with the Brogue Kick.
