With left tackle David Bakhtiari set to make his season debut on Sunday, the Green Bay Packers just released one hell of a hype video.

The return of David Bakhtiari has Green Bay Packers fans jacked up all over the place. With the Packers set to take on the Lions on Sunday afternoon, Bakhtiari will be making his season debut in this one as well.

The standout left tackle suffered a torn ACL right before the start of the postseason last year, which provided plenty of heartbreak for countless folks. Now, Bakhtiari will put on the pads for the first time come Sunday and things have been made even better with the hype video he and the team just dropped.

The David Bakhtiari hype video for the Packers is remarkable

If you’re laughing while watching that video, but also even more pumped up for the Week 18 contest, we don’t blame you whatsoever. Folks have been looking forward to Bakhtiari taking the field for quite some time now.

As you might have been able to guess, he was distraught when he suffered his knee injury around this time last year. Bakhtiari has worked his tail off to get healthy, and the timing sure is perfect for the Packers.

The team is 13-3 entering Sunday’s meeting with the Lions, already locking in the No. 1 seed in the NFC. Following the meeting with Detroit, Green Bay will have a bye next weekend for the NFC Wild Card Round.

For Bakhtiari, he’ll be able to shake off some rust against the Lions and then get himself physically and mentally prepared for the Divisional Round. For Green Bay to try and get back to the Super Bowl, having Bakhtiari going to war in the trenches sure will help out those chances.

Packers finally set to get All-Pro back on offense. dark. Next
