Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy is not going to be a popular man in North Texas. The folks in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex will not be thrilled with the way a talented Cowboys roster underachieved this year.
Many will point to the reputation that McCarthy has been attached to the coach for the way his teams have performed over the years. And with another one of his teams underachieving, it’s probably time for the Cowboys to go ahead and move on from McCarthy.
There have been multiple moments throughout the season that have shown that McCarthy might not necessarily be the best coach. Plenty of people have been critical of him for the way a team this talented struggled on a couple different occasions. But a playoff loss like this?
