As the Dallas Cowboys collapse against the Denver Broncos, who should take the blame for this lopsided loss? Well, where do we start?

The Denver Broncos entered the season with mild expectations and seemed like a team that would have a fairly decent season, but they didn’t appear to be the type of team that could crush a potential Super Bowl contender.

The Dallas Cowboys were starting to look like a team that could be a potential championship bunch, but they didn’t look that way Sunday as they lost to the Broncos. Dallas may have only lost by a couple touchdowns as the final score ended up being 30-16, but this game felt considerably more lopsided than the final score will ever show.

So, who should be blamed for this mess?

3. Mike McCarthy

It’s generally acceptable to place blame on any head coach after any loss, but Mike McCarthy definitely deserves a share of the blame for this one. Between some questionable choices to go for it on fourth down four times (and not converting a single one) and the choice to play some stars who may not be fully healthy, McCarthy should be criticized for losing this game to the Broncos.
