Manchester United fans want Mason Greenwood released after horrific sexual assault claims
Some truly disturbing allegations have been brought forth against star Manchester United winger Mason Greenwood.
At just 20 years old, Mason Greenwood is without question considered one of the brightest young football stars in the English Premier League. Now, we may never see him suit up again for Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Over the weekend, Greenwood’s ex-girlfriend Harriet Robson took to Instagram to share graphic photos and a disturbing audio of Greenwood sexually assaulting her. In the photos, Robson is seen covered in bruises and blood. Manchester United has come out and said they’re aware of the situation and are awaiting further details before commenting further.

It goes without saying, but Manchester United fans are hoping they’ve seen the last of Greenwood on the pitch for the club. While he might be an extraordinary talent, folks are making it more than clear on social media that he no longer deserves to wear a United shirt for what he’s allegedly done to Robson.

As you can see from the tweets above, folks have made up their minds on Greenwood and his future with MUFC. At the same time, people are showing plenty of love and respect to Robson for having the courage to go public with this horrifying incident.
As things stand, Greenwood remains a Manchester United player, but that’s expected to change in the near future. At the same time, Greenwood could very well be facing some serious penalties from law enforcement as well. More details are sure to come from this in the next few days.
