Alex Bregman reveals he and wife Reagan are expecting on Instagram

In some exciting news for the Houston Astros, star third baseman Alex Bregman revealed on Instagram that there’s a new member of the family on the way. 

With the MLB lockout still in full force, Houston Astros fans are looking for some good news to come from anywhere. Leave it to stud third baseman Alex Bregman to deliver in that department with his latest announcement on social media.

On Wednesday, Bregman took to Instagram to let everyone know that another Astro is on the way down the road, with him and his wife expecting a baby.

That’s cuteness overload right there with that video. This is obviously a special moment for Bregman and his wife, with Houston fans going nuts in the comments section as well. Teammates are also showing Bregman love, so are other celebrities.

This is some exciting news, and needed with the lockout seeming like it will never end. Bregman is without question one of the best third baseman in the American League, as he’s known for his fantastic glove and tremendous bat.

In 2021, Bregman hit .270 with 12 homers and 55 RBI in 91 games. Unfortunately, he missed a good chunk of the season due to a quad injury. He missed about two months of action, but picked up right where he left off as soon as he was able to return.

Everyone is waiting to see when the Astros and the rest of MLB will be able to take the field again and get spring training underway. Regardless of things being up in the air, everyone is fired up for Bregman’s big news. It’s of course an exciting time for him and his family.
