Has Rory McIlroy ever won The Masters?
Rory McIlroy has won four major golf championships in his exceptional career, but has he ever taken the top prize at The Masters?
Rory McIlroy’s stellar showing in the fourth round of the 2022 Masters Tournament had people talking.

His showing on Sunday put him close to changing that.
Has Rory McIlroy ever won The Masters?
A win in the 2022 Masters would be a first for McIlroy. It’s the only major the 32-year-old has yet to win despite joining only Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only golfers with four major championships before the age of 25.
McIlroy made his first Masters Tournament appearance in 2009. He finished two strokes under par and tied for 20th.
In 2011, he dominated the first three days of the tournament. However, he struggled on the fourth day and finished tied for 15th in a stunning fall from the top of the standings.
His highest ever finish came in 2015 when he shot 12 under and came in fourth behind winner Jordan Spieth, Phil Mickelson and Justin Rose.
He’s had another five Top 10 finishes beyond 2015. He tied for eighth in 2014, tied for 10th in 2016, tied for seventh in 2017, tied for fifth in 2018 and tied for fifth in 2020.
McIlroy missed the cut in 2021 and 2010.
