Oregon linebacker D.J. Johnson threw a punch at an Oregon State fan after the Beavers defeated the Ducks 38-34.
The Oregon Ducks didn’t have the greatest end to their regular season. With a Pac-12 Championship Game berth on the line, a Ducks victory over the Oregon State Beavers would have helped them with that goal. Instead, the Ducks blew a 34-17 lead and lost 38-34, giving bragging rights to the Beavers.
After the game, Oregon linebacker D.J. Johnson appeared to throw a punch at an Oregon State fan, who appeared to say something to him as he was walking on the field. As the fan’s back was turned, Johnson appeared to take a swing.
Johnson was guided off the football field by two individuals wearing Ducks apparel.
