Caleb Williams had savage NSFW message painted on his fingernails in win over Notre Dame
USC quarterback Caleb Williams painted his nails with a NSFW message for Notre Dame then went out and backed it up with a Heisman-winning performance.
Caleb Williams is a bad, bad man. Notre Dame’s defense can confirm that after the USC quarterback gave them fits in a 38-27 victory at the Coliseum.
In a performance national media has hailed as Heisman-clinching, Williams rushed for three touchdowns, threw another and produced magical plays with his scrambling ability.
That performance backed up the message he had painted onto his nails going into the game: “F*** ND.”

Williams paints his nails for every game, a tradition going back to his debut season with Oklahoma.
He had a similar message for UCLA before that rivalry game.
Only a quarterback like Williams could pull that off. First and foremost, he’s confident enough to paint his nails in the first place. Second, he’s gifted enough to back up the words with his play.
Williams was already a Heisman contender thanks to his outstanding play throughout the season. He had 34 passing touchdowns, 10 rushing touchdowns and just three interceptions. His 470-yard outing against UCLA at the Rose Bowl set up the Notre Dame game as a potential window to become the favorite for the trophy.
Since Ohio State’s C.J. Stroud faltered against Michigan, Williams had an even bigger opportunity grab hold of the award. He did just that with a performance that highlighted his immense talent.
Just about everyone who watched the game came away feeling that Williams would win the Heisman.
The Williams and the Trojans aren’t done yet. They will take on Utah on Friday in the Pac-12 Championship Game. A win would undoubtedly lock them into a College Football Playoff berth.
