Odell Beckham Jr. kicked off Miami flight: Everything to know

NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. was reportedly kicked off a flight in Miami on Sunday during a scary scene that resulted in Beckham being escorted by cops.

Odell Beckham Jr. has been gearing up to begin visiting teams interested in him this week, but a frightening event on Sunday’s flight to Los Angeles may pose an issue.

According to Andy Slater, Beckham was kicked off a flight in Miami after not putting on his seatbelt and floating in and out of consciousness. The flight was ultimately delayed because Beckham refused to leave, making everyone get off.

He was then further escorted by cops to the ticketing area.

It’s unclear what exactly happened with Beckham. At this time, there’s no report that he’s hurt or medically unwell, so his journey to multiple teams could very well still be on as planned. However, it’s certainly scary to think he was fading in and out of consciousness for unknown reasons on a flight.

If Beckham is deemed okay, he’s set to meet with at least three different teams this week.

Beckham is expected to meet with the New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills this week. He’s not currently signed to a team as his contract with the Los Angeles Rams ran up at the end of last season, and he underwent successful ACL surgery in February after tearing it during the Super Bowl.

Now that he’s presumably in good health, he’s a hot commodity on the market as he’s looking to sign with another team and continue his playing career.

The rumor mill is certainly spinning as many wonder where he may end up, and an NFL executive even put in their own thoughts, sharing that he seems highly likely to end up in Dallas.

If Beckham is physically okay from his situation on the flight, there may be more information on his direction as he meets with each team.
