There’s a lot of wonder as to where star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. may end up, and the latest suggests that he may end up with the Dallas Cowboys.

Star NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has taken his time signing with a new team after tearing his ACL in February.

He’s a hot commodity on the free-agent market with several teams keeping their eyes on him, but according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, an executive shared that Beckham seems most likely to land with the Cowboys.

Beckham is explosive when healthy and most recently helped the Rams win Super Bowl LVI. His ACL issues have been tied back to 2020, right around the same time his performance started to go downhill.

A healthy Beckham has proven to be a threat in the league, and Dallas could definitely become lethal if he lands there and plays to his fullest potential.

Cowboys could become NFC favorites if they land Odell Beckham Jr.

The Cowboys have already proven that they’re a threat this season.

The past two years, they’ve proven they’re well on their way to becoming contenders with great depth and impactful players such as Dak Prescott, Tony Pollard, Ezekiel Elliott and CeeDee Lamb. They’re standing out this season in particular as they’re closing in on the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East.

Lamb and a healthy Beckham would play particularly well together. Beckham became a Pro Bowler in his rookie season in 2014 with an explosive season resulting in 91 receptions for 1,305 yards and an average of 14.3 yards per reception. He paired that with 12 touchdowns.

Lamb hasn’t had quite the same results, but he was still extremely impactful in his rookie season in 2020 with 74 receptions over 935 yards for an average of 12.6 yards per reception and five touchdowns. He’s consistently produced great results in Dallas, proving he’s a reliable asset to the offense.

In many ways, Lamb hopes to grow into the receiver Beckham Jr. has proven he can be.
