East. 10. player. Philadelphia Eagles. 54. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. NFC

Philadelphia Eagles know Jonathan Gannon and may trade up to destroy us all

The Philadelphia Eagles are the one team picking in the top 10 that doesn’t belong there. They won the NFC a season ago, but because the New Orleans Saints really needed Chris Olave, look who has their first-round pick? If the Eagles were to somehow end up with Carter, we should just cancel football because Philadelphia is winning everything from here on out. Don’t let this happen.

Moving up from No. 10 to No. 3 in-conference won’t be easy, but former Eagles defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon is calling the shots in The Valley. Arizona needs a lot more than a game-changing defensive player, so trading back is probably what they are going to have to do, based on demand. However, the Cardinals move back to No. 10 only because it is with the Eagles.

If the Eagles trade up to No. 3 and draft either Anderson or Carter, I’m going to scream, and you should, too. Stupid teams don’t run this league, well-run operations like the Eagles do. Since Anderson is not falling to them at No. 10, I get the move up to No. 3 for him. Although Carter could fall to them at No. 10, I wouldn’t count on that. They would need to get ahead of Detroit at No. 6.

Should the Eagles get up to No. 3, this will become a textbook example on the eating of the lunch.
