Varoon attended Colgate University for his undergraduate degrees and UC Davis for his Masters, but he left his career in education to pursue writing in 2013. He also currently contributes at Bro Jackson and at RotoViz. He strives to be more like his Gerald from the '90s Nickelodeon cartoon Hey Arnold!
