After a solid season, big man Andray Blatche opted out of his contract with the Brooklyn Nets in order to become an unrestricted free agent. However, he hasn’t drawn interest in free agency and remains unsigned.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

According to Chuck Myron of Hoops Rumors, Blatche would be a good fit for both the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat.

"You’d make sense for them, but I think you’re probably aiming higher in terms of playing time. I don’t think you want to fall in line behind Bosh, McRoberts and Birdman, all of whom will probably be rotation fixtures. I think you’d actually make a lot of sense for the Cavs, too, but playing time could be a question mark there, too. I think you might end up waiting to sign until someone gets hurt in the middle of the season and you can slide into a starting role."

Blatche reportedly has some locker room issues but had a very nice year for the Nets last season.

Blatche averaged 11.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals per game while shooting 47.6% from the field, 27.8% from beyond the arc and 74.2% from the charity stripe for the Nets last season. In his nine-year career, the 49th-overall pick in the second round of the 2005 NBA Draft has averaged 10.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 0.9 steals per game while shooting 46.7% from the floor, 23.7% from beyond the arc and 72.5% from the charity stripe.
