Will they trade him or won’t they? That’s the question New York Giants fans have been asking for weeks in regards to wide receiver Hakeem Nicks and it’s a question that Giants general manager Jerry Reese seems to be asking himself.
Nicks is one of the biggest names on the market – a name the Giants would prefer to keep if they had their way, though after paying Victor Cruz this past offseason, it’s doubtful the G-Men would pony up the cash needed to keep Nicks in blue and white, who is a free agent at season end.
Rumors have been swirling all morning whether or not the Giants will pull the trigger on a trade with Reese suggesting he’s keeping all options open on Nicks:
"Jerry Reese on trading Hakeem Nicks: “We keep all of our options open. You never say never until 4 o’clock.”"
