The Cincinnati Bengals escaped Baltimore with a win on Sunday afternoon, but one player who many were expecting to see get some action wasn’t very present in the win.

Rookie running back Jeremy Hill was drafted to help make Giovanni Bernard more of a powerful and fresh running back, but he only saw ten carries on Sunday. That’s something that the rookie isn’t openly complaining about but has been already assured to be fixed.
According to Bengals beat writer Paul Dehner, offensive coordinator Hue Jackson personally told Hill that he can expect to see more action moving forward in upcoming weeks.
Jackson said he went up to Hill after the game to specifically tell him he will be playing more going forward. Only had 10 snaps.

Hill has all the makings of being a rookie sensation and the Bengals just need to find work for him. They won on Sunday afternoon without much help from him but moving forward there may be more situations in which the running game is leaned on and therefore Hill sees more action behind Bernard.
