Ortiz amazed how perfectly game aligned for Jeter. "I guarantee you, in a lot of people’s heads, it’s like, man, they planned that” #yankees

What Ortiz said is 100 percent true. It does seem as if the game was planned and it was such a fitting end to the career of five time World Series champion Derek Jeter’s Yankee Stadium career. What’s going to be bizarre and out of the ordinary this weekend is going to be hearing ‘Derek Jeter’ chants in Fenway Park.
We’re used to hearing profanity and boo’s yelled in Jeter’s direction at Fenway Park, but this being Jeter’s last series ever in the MLB, a different reaction will be present.
