Miami Heat news: Dwyane Wade decided not to work on three-point shot
By Bryan Rose
With LeBron James now a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, much more responsibility has been shifted upon both Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade of the Miami Heat. Given that, you’d expect both of them to expand their game, right?

It’s something Chris Bosh decided to do this summer as he’s refocused energy on his post game, something he didn’t use much with James in South Beach. As for Wade, well, he didn’t need many changes.
The Miami Heat’s All-Star shooting guard was asked if had worked on his perimeter game this offseason and he essentially suggested that no work was needed.
Dwyane Wade has never been much of a shooter though given his age and mounting injury woes you’d think he might be a bit more willing to change his style of play. Granted, you don’t want to completely abandon such, but Wade’s just asking for physical problems the more he continues to pound the rock into the paint.
A career 29 percent shooter from beyond the arch, Wade looked to be improving during the middle portion of his career though has regressed since that time.
Wade shot 28 percent from deep last season and 25 percent during the 2012-13 campaign. Needless to say, it doesn’t figure to be a focal point of his game anytime in the near future.
