Teddy Bridgewater is a big part of the Vikings success against the Falcons, but his afternoon came to an early end after he seemed to injure his ankle on a quarterback scramble late in the fourth quarter. Not only did Bridgewater have to leave the game with over five minutes left in a one-score game, but he was carted off to the locker room.

Bridgewater made his NFL debut last week against the New Orleans Saints, but this week against the Falcons he started to come into his own. But ankle injuries on mobile quarterbacks are brutal and that’s what it appears has happened to Bridgewater.

The Vikings didn’t need to see Bridgewater get carted off the field, and even if he ends up being alright, the image proves that the Minnesota Vikings just can’t have nice things.
