Johnny Manziel is known for being a big partier.

More from Cleveland Browns

So it’s not exactly stunning that the current Cleveland Browns quarterback attended a party thrown by rapper Rick Ross in Miami during bowl season. That Manziel’s former coach at Texas A&M, Kevin Sumlin, was also in attendance is quite revelatory.

Stalley, who is signed to Ross’ MMG label, spoke about the interesting evening to Dan Le Batard and Bomani Jones on their ESPN2 program, Highly Questionable, on Wednesday.

The Dallas Morning News transcribed a portion of Stalley’s interview:

"Stalley said prefaced his story by saying “I don’t know if I should say this…” but went on to tell how Sumlin and Manziel came to a party during the bowl season that was hosted by rap artist Rick Ross.“Kevin was like, ‘Yo man, I’m a big fan of you guys, MMG. I’m a big fan of Ross,’” Stalley said. “He was having a good time.”But Sumlin didn’t just stand by idly in the corner while Manziel lived it up. Sumlin was the life of the party.“He was the one who made me say, ‘Okay, it’s time to turn up in here,’” Stalley said."

This is simply incredible. Manziel, Ross and Stalley were at a party with Sumlin and it was the coach that was making the evening fun.

Kevin Sumlin: a better hang than Johnny Manziel. Who knew?
