The Cleveland Browns have yet to give Johnny Manziel the starting quarterback job though after yet another rough performance from Brian Hoyer, that might need to change.

Of course, the coaching staff may wait on the promotion after the backup quarterback was spotted having a great time on the sideline as the Cleveland Browns were getting obliterated by the Tennessee Titans.
With Cleveland trailing by 25-points in the second quarter (!!!) a CBS camera decided to isolate itself on Johnny Manziel who was likely sitting frustrated on the bench or possibly helping out the quarterback coach in a time of need, right? Not exactly.
Manziel was spotted having a stomach rumbling laugh with either an out of uniform player or employee of the team which probably didn’t sit well with anybody who witnessed such, fans included.
Granted, it’s not as if Johnny Manziel isn’t allowed to have a laugh and it’s possible the former Texas A&M quarterback may have seen something amusing on the field or even in the crowd. Still, the last thing you really want to do is be spotted laughing as your team is getting mauled, especially when you’re Johnny Manziel of all people.
Things did begin to improve for the Cleveland Browns thanks to a couple scores in the second half though still trail the Tennessee Titans 28-13 early in the fourth quarter.
