Still, they’re two teams that are looking to improve upon that this week.
The Panthers got the lead first thanks to a big catch from rookie Kelvin Benjamin, who was able to hold on despite being rocked. The Bengals responded with a big touchdown of their own, which came on an arguably even bigger play from running back Giovani Bernard.
With the Bengals drive starting in the shadow of their own goal post, Bernard was able to break it to the outside after getting through the offensive line and was off to the races.
