A.J. Green is doubtful for the Cincinnati Bengals game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday in an AFC North battle as he continues to recover from his toe injury
The Cincinnati Bengals are 0-1-1 without A.J. Green in the starting lineup as he works his way back to top form from his toe injury, but it’s doubtful he returns to the lineup for this week’s game against division rival Baltimore after missing Friday’s practice.

When Green has been in the lineup, the Pro Bowl receiver has played like one of the best receivers in the league, as expected, but without him the offense lacks its premier playmaker and they are coming off a shutout against the Indianapolis Colts when running back Gio Bernard had arguably his worst game of his pro career.
While Green is listed as doubtful, he has next to little chance of playing on Sunday in a must-win game for Marvin Lewis’ team and will officially be ruled out before kickoff on Sunday.
With Green out of the lineup that means Mohammed Sanu will have to be the No. 1 target for quarterback Andy Dalton who leads the team with 30 receptions for 408 yards and three touchdowns. He is coming off a three-catch, 54 yard performance in the loss against the Colts last week.
The Bengals are looking to win their first win since Sept. 21, but it will be tough to snap the streak without their top playmaker in Green against the stout defense that has the NFL’s No. 1 scoring defense and has only allowed 104 points on the year.
