Thursday night was not a good night for Cincinnati Bengals’ quarterback Andy Dalton.
In fact, he was absolutely awful. Dalton completed only 10-of-33 passes for 86 yards, zero touchdowns and three interceptions. One of his interceptions was picked off by linebacker Craig Robertson while cornerback Buster Skrine picked off the other two.
Skrine now has four interceptions on the season.
As a team, the Bengals were sacked twice, turned the ball over four times (running back Jeremy Hill lost a fumble in addition to Dalton’s three interceptions) and rushed for only 86. That’s 165 total yards, meaning the Bengals averaged a pathetic 2.6 yards per play. It was complete domination from the Browns’ defense. The Browns (6-3) have now moved ahead of the Bengals (5-3-1) in the AFC North.
