Detroit Lions tight end Joseph Fauria pays homage to Nicki Minaj with a twerk touchdown dance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

While Joseph Fauria may not be the most talented tight end in the NFL, there’s no denying the Detroit Lions player is among one of the best dancers in the league.

Fauria often implements his dance routines into his touchdown celebrations and did so yet again today, this time paying homage to one of the most popular hip-hop moves in the game today.

Twerking.

While the tight end has previously used dances made famous by N’Sync, Joseph Fauria decided to give some love to Nicki Minaj and company with a move often reserved for strip clubs.

Now, I’m certainly no expert in regards to twerking but I’ve watched plenty of television which tells me Joseph Fauria can not twerk. He certainly gave it a good effort though the execution was not something he should be proud of.

I mean, what was he doing shifting his back? That’s not part of any high quality twerking. It’s all in the butt, Fauria. Not that I wanted to see that, especially in those tight silver colored Detroit Lions pants.

Solid idea, as usual Joseph Fauria, but not one of his finest dance moves by any stretch.
